By accessing or using CrownX’s website, systems, software, or tools (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. Access does not grant ownership of any system, software, or underlying technology.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass safeguards or interfere with system security.

3. SMS Messaging & Consent Requirements

Users of CrownX must ensure that all contacts submitted for messaging have provided prior express consent to receive SMS communications.

The use of purchased, scraped, or unauthorized contact lists is strictly prohibited.

All messaging must comply with applicable laws, including opt-out requirements. Recipients must be able to opt out by replying STOP and request assistance by replying HELP.

4. Suspension & Termination

CrownX may suspend or terminate access at any time if misuse or risk is detected. Termination does not eliminate obligations under separate agreements.

5. No Warranty

The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability or performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

CrownX shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. Relationship to Service Agreement

Paying customers are also governed by the Service Agreement, which controls in case of conflict.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
